Hi ,
We are getting closer to the end of the school year and it's a great time to weave in some fun Animal Science studies! I know my kiddos LOVE to learn anything they can about God's amazing creatures. We've created some fun worksheets and activity pages you can use to put together your own Animal Research Reports! Students can learn about animal defense with these free mimicry and camouflage
worksheets:
Here are seven animals that use camouflage to survive in the wild. You’ll have a horned owl, chameleon, walking leaf bug, arctic hare, flatfish, hawk moth and an octopus. Print these animals on cardstock and carefully cut out, leaving a little white space as possible. Your students can match them to the habitat
board based on the best camouflage possibilities for each creature.
We've also created research notebook reports for animals that use camouflage. This is a simple way to encourage your students to dig deeper into their animal science studies.
