I don’t know about you, but I think preschool math should involve a plethora of hands-on activities! Not only does it make the homeschool day run smoother, but students will be more engaged in the activity which is great for knowledge retention. Young preschool students can be introduced to mathematical concepts and ideas using a variety of math manipulatives. Pattern blocks are one of my favorite tools because they are inexpesive and you get a variety of colors and shapes you can use for teaching different math concepts.
